- Civilian contractors run the terminal - excellent service. Terminal operates only a 10-passenger van, but will make multiple trips for large aircraft. Seat count on recording often listed at "10" due to van limitations, but call for actual seat count. Passenger Terminal flight monitor located at main entrance of Bldg 206, visible from the parking lot.

- Rental Car (Off Base): Hertz (937-438-0175) located in Beavercreek, OH (approx 8 mi from base). Hertz will not pick up or drop off. Enterprise (937-879-0023) will pick up and drop off during normal working hours at the Hope Hotel located on base (approx 1.5 miles from Pax Terminal).

- Local Bus: City/Regional bus service runs on base, schedule at billeting office or at the Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) website. Greyhound Terminal located in Northwest Dayton (located at the NW Dayton RTA Hub)
