- The base can be accessed via Metro Transit bus. Metro Transit's Route 7 terminates at the entrance to the base and connects to the 46th Street Light Rail Station (10 minute bus ride).
- $5.00 per person/each way shuttle from Inn to Airport/VA/Mall of America.

- Small Bx/gas station/snack bar/clothing sales one block away. Dining Facility/clubs/etc only open during training weekends. Front gate to facility has been moved and is well camouflaged (only sign before entrance says "Dead End Road" (gate is around a 90 degree turn, not visible from Route 62).
