The Medevac Shuttle departs Vicenza Caserma Ederle Health Clinic parking lot for Landstuhl (near Ramstein), Germany every Tuesday and Thursday at 0710 sharp (be there by 0645). The point of contact at Vicenza is (0730-1600) at +39-444-61-9050 or 9050 (DSN 636) and ask to speak to someone about the MEDAVAC bus run. Depending on demand reservations might be required for Space-A passengers so verify prior to travel. Have your ID and travel documents on hand.

The bus returns to Vicenza from Landsthul Army Medical Center Emergency Room entrance each Wednesday and Friday at 0900. The bus will only stop at Ramstein Inn and Vogelweh Inn at customer request. The POC at Landsthul to schedule a pick up is DSN 637-7804.

Pick up must be coordinated the day before between 0900-1630; they need to know which location needs a pick up and how many passengers are expected.
