Sample Letter of Deployment Verification for Unaccompanied Dependents  - Letter needed for Cat-IV travel by unaccompanied dependents whose sponsor is deployed for 120 days or more

Sample Deployment Verification Letter  - Letter needed for "upgraded" Cat-III travel by unaccompanied dependents whose sponsor is deployed for more than 365 days
